Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may vary slightly. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
You are responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your item’s value exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.
Refund & Return Policy
We hope you love your Cut Craft Designs items as much as we love creating them! However, if you are not satisfied, here’s how we can assist:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- If free shipping was applied to your order and the return causes your total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, email info@cutcraftdesigns.com with the subject line "RETURN" and include your order ID and reason for return.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition, but if something goes wrong:
- Notify us of damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.
- If a return label is provided, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the label.
- For manufacturer defects or errors on our part, we will replace or refund your order within 1 business day of receiving the returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
- A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.
Exchanges
We’re happy to repair or replace defective items within 30 days of purchase. If you need assistance, contact us at info@cutcraftdesigns.com.
Product Care
Our items are delicate and require care:
- Avoid dropping, exposing to extreme heat, water, or perfumes.
- Store your items properly when not in use.
